if you cant find one any where make your own!!! do an image search find a pic you love upload to http://www.photobucket.com/ So you can get a URL code for it.. next you need a layout generator.. i found http://www.blinkyou.com works the best it has more features then other ones.. fonts colors and other tweaks like picture flips when making you back ground...
oh and if you do it there.. your text in your about me section will be the same as what is writting in your extended net work box...

make your own. im sure that you could find a nice Criss Angel background and pictures and then use the images to set up as a layout for myspace. ofcourse use some photoshop
